Summer Property Taxes

PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

2023 Summer Property Taxes will be in the mail by July 1st, 2023. If you have not received your
tax bill, please contact me via e-mail at Treasurer@KinderhookTownship.com

 

Summer Taxes that have not been paid by 5pm on September 14th, 2023, are consider past due.
Summer Taxes can be paid at the Kinderhook Township Hall until February 28th, 2023.

****IF YOUR SUMMER TAX PAYMENT IS PAST DUE ****

****YOU WILL BE ASSESSED A LATE PAYMENT FEE AS FOLLOWS****

Paid By 5 pm September 14th, 2023 – No Late Fee will be assessed
Paid after 5 pm September 14th a 1% late fee is added to the total payment
Paid after the 1st of October a 2% late fee is added to the total payment
Paid after the 1st of November a 3% late fee is added to the total payment
Paid after the 1st of December a 4% late fee is added to the total payment
Paid after the 1st of January a 5% late fee is added to the total payment
Paid after the 1st of February a 6% late fee is added to the total payment
Summer Taxes Paid after February 28th, 2023 – are considered delinquent, please contact Branch
County Treasurer for Payment Information.
